The KanDrive app, developed by Castle Rock Associates, is the official traffic and traveler information application of the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT). Recently enhanced in 2022, KanDrive delivers timely updates on traffic conditions for interstates, U.S. routes, and state highways within the Kansas region.

<li>Personalized 'My KanDrive' accounts for managing saved routes, areas, camera views, and receiving email and text notifications</li>
<li>Real-time updates on traffic speeds and road statuses</li>
<li>Access to a network of traffic cameras statewide – create a 'My KanDrive' account to conveniently save camera preferences</li>
<li>Availability of various other traveler information resources</li>

Note: Prolonged use of GPS while running in the background may impact device battery life. It is crucial for every driver to prioritize the safe operation of their vehicle. Please refrain from using mobile communication devices while in motion; activity on the app should only occur when the vehicle is stationary away from the roadway. Remember not to text while driving as it is a violation of the law.
